This does not reflect the experience with the Doctor. The interaction with the Doctor was excellent. This is due to poor customer service out front. My appointment time was strewed up and my wait in the waiting area was 2 hours. Unacceptable.

I have been under the care of Camilo for several years now and truly appreciate him and the team at Dallas Family Medicine. He always addresses all of my concerns and provides thorough and comprehensive care every visit. The wait times can be long but if that's anticipated then (to me) it shouldn't be much of a gripe, just come with some reading material. This tells me the providers spend quality time reviewing their patient's concerns. I find it convenient that they have x-ray, EKG, and blood draw/lab in-house, it reduces additional appointments and running around. Overall, I will continue to choose Mr. Paredes for the management of my health and am very satisfied with this office.
